In honor of National Inclusive Schools Week (December 7-11), Conejo Valley Unified School District would like to recognize five Inclusion Heroes at the December 15, 2020 Board of Education meeting. An Inclusion Hero is an individual who has a passion for ensuring all students have access and opportunity - and who turns this passion into action by modeling inclusivity in their day to day work. Nominate a teacher, staff member or administrator in recognition of their dedication to creating a community of inclusivity, kindness, and respect, which enhances learning for ALL students by completing the online nomination form by Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at 5pm.
On Friday, November 13th, Weathersfield Elementary was presented with its 2020 National Blue Ribbon School Award in a virtual ceremony. The 2020 National Blue Ribbon Schools Awards Ceremony is a formal recognition ceremony to honor 367 public and private schools in the 2020 cohort of National Blue Ribbon Schools. Each school will receive a plaque and a National Blue Ribbon School flag as symbols of their recognition.
