ACSA Region 13 encompasses Ventura County, Santa Barbara County, and San Luis Obispo.
The National Association for Professional Development Schools is pleased to announce that Los Cerritos Middle School and PDS partner California Lutheran University’s Graduate School of Education, as part of the California University PDS Network, will be awarded the Exemplary PDS Achievement Award during the virtual NAPDS Annual Conference held at the end of March.

Terri Culpepper is an invaluable asset to the Conejo Valley Unified School District. Ms. Culpepper is CVUSD's Technology Integration Teacher on Special Assignment and she makes the success of each and every student and teacher her highest priority. Never before has technology in education been more important than now, and Ms. Culpepper has been critical to the success of the implementation of new instructional technology platforms in the District.
