There will be a "pop-up" COVID-19 Mobile Vaccine Clinic this Saturday, December 11th from 1pm-4pm in the parking lot of the Conejo Valley Unified School District's Educational Center located at 1400 E. Janss Road, Thousand Oaks. The Pfizer vaccine will be available for individuals who are five years of age and older. This Vaccine Clinic is hosted by COVID CLINIC in partnership with the California Department of Public Health. Walk-ins will be permitted the day of the event OR families may schedule appointments in advance, via the available links.

The week of December 6-10, 2021 is National Inclusive Schools Week. All year through, but especially this week, CVUSD celebrates our commitment to providing supportive and quality education to ALL students. We recognize each child is unique and when differences are celebrated, a community of inclusivity, kindness and respect results, which enhances learning for all.
CDE is pleased to share that starting December 1, myON digital library and news articles can be accessed for FREE by all pre-K to grade 12 students in California for two months. All books downloaded during this time are able to be kept and accessed afterwards. As part of State Superintendent Tony Thurmond's literacy initiative, the CDE has partnered with Renaissance Learning to ensure that every California student can access thousands of reading resources from 12/1/21 to 2/28/22 *new date.
CVUSD parents/guardians are invited to join the District’s Instructional Services team for a scheduled virtual Preview Night on Tuesday, December 7, 2021 to review the updated Human Growth and Development videos for grades 4-6 that are to be brought before the CVUSD Board of Education for possible approval on December 14, 2021.
