The Conejo Valley Unified School District and all of our schools are committed to providing accurate and transparent information regarding COVID-19 cases on our campuses, while also maintaining privacy and confidentiality for our students and staff.
The data in the chart below represents the number of confirmed COVID-19 cases among CVUSD students and staff on our campuses (in-person, Blended Teaching & Learning students and on-campus staff). CVUSD is counting all positive confirmed cases for individuals who have been on campus within close contact* of others for CVUSD or school supervised instruction or activities. For the purposes of this dashboard, CVUSD is not counting community-related cases for those individuals who have not come onto campus (for CVUSD or school supervised instruction or activities) within close contact* of other students and staff.
The "Current confirmed cases" listed below are positive cases that have been reported within the last 14 days. The data in this dashboard will be updated regularly and as cases are confirmed. In the event of a positive case, school communities are notified, as appropriate, directly by their school sites.
*Close Contact is defined as any individual who was within 6 feet of an infected person for at least 15 minutes starting from 2 days before illness onset (or, for asymptomatic patients, 2 days prior to positive specimen collection) until the time the patient is isolated.
