Terri Culpepper is an invaluable asset to the Conejo Valley Unified School District. Ms. Culpepper is CVUSD's Technology Integration Teacher on Special Assignment and she makes the success of each and every student and teacher her highest priority. Never before has technology in education been more important than now, and Ms. Culpepper has been critical to the success of the implementation of new instructional technology platforms in the District. We and the Greater Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce are proud to announce Ms. Culpepper as our February 2021 Teacher of the Month!

CVUSD Launches New "Buddy Program"

The District’s “Buddy Program,” which was conceptualized by two CVUSD high school students, to provide social-emotional opportunities for our students identified with a disability in grades K-12 is now live! Through this Program high school student volunteers will be paired with students who have a disability and provide a thirty minute Zoom session that may include online games, fun activities, or just to engage in conversation.

National Black History Month is a time to celebrate and commemorate the roles African Americans have made in the history of our country; and to also acknowledge that African Americans have contributed economically, culturally, and socially to the development of United States history. Conejo Valley Unified School District is committed to honoring and valuing the legacy, experiences, and contributions of African Americans, not just during February but yearlong.
