The Friends of the Thousand Oaks Library is hosting a book drive for bilingual picture books, early readers and graphic novels in Spanish and English. These books will help build a welcoming space for learning and reading Spanish for the launch of Conejo Elementary School's Spanish-English Dual Language Immersion Program in August 2022. Books may be donated to the Newbury Park Library or Brimhall R. Grant Library in Thousand Oaks.
Please join the CVUSD BreakThrough Student Assistance Program and the Conejo Schools Foundation for a presentation, "Fostering Family Harmony," by Shoshana Wheeler on Wednesday, April 13th at 6pm. In this presentation, we will look at at the difference between listening to reply, versus listening to understand. We will identify and practice solutions together in order to foster authentic connection within our families.

The input we receive from this important survey is critical to informing the important decisions we make each day in support of our CVUSD Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) goals.
Conejo Valley Unified School District is proud to support its students’ diverse academic needs and ambitions. The following are popular accredited summer school options, although the list is not exhaustive. Course work completed at other accredited institutions will be eligible for placement on the high school transcript. Students may choose to enroll in a summer school program for acceleration and/or credit recovery purposes.
The Conejo Valley’s first Spanish-English Dual Language Immersion Program arrives August 2022 to Conejo Elementary School! It was previously announced that the program would be available to kindergarten students, and we are excited to share that TK at Conejo Elementary will also be part of the Dual Language Immersion Program launch for the 2022-2023 school year.
