Mobile Meal Site Available for All Children Ages 2-18 in the Community

The Conejo Valley Unified School District Child Nutrition team is proud to provide to the public a mobile meal site to continue to provide free meals to all children ages 2-18 in the community. The mobile meal site will open on Wednesday, August 18th in the parking lot at 1400 E. Janss Road, the District’s Educational Office. Cold grab and go meals will be available Monday through Friday from 12:00pm to 12:30pm

At the Special Meeting of the Board of Education on Thursday, August 12, 2021, the Board appointed Rocky Capobianco to fill the provisional vacancy. A vacancy opened up for the Board of Education in Trustee Area Two (2) when former Trustee Jenny Fitzgerald submitted her resignation, effective June 30, 2021.

In Partnership with California State: FREE COVID-19 Testing Site on Janss Road

Conejo Valley Unified School District continues to partner with California state to provide a Conejo/Thousand Oaks Optum Serve Site for FREE COVID-19 testing at 1336 Janss Road, Thousand Oaks, CA 91362. After a brief closure of services during the summer, this testing site is once again open to the community six days a week from 8am to 8pm (closed on Tuesdays).

Terri Culpepper Named New Principal of Westlake Elementary School

On Tuesday, August 3rd the Conejo Valley Unified School District Board of Education announced that Terri Culpepper is the new Principal of Westlake Elementary School. Mrs. Culpepper has been an educator with the District for more than two decades. Mrs. Culpepper possesses a unique breadth of talents and expertise that makes her a great match to lead the Wizards school community forward.
