The Special Education Department is dedicated to meeting the educational needs of all eligible students with disabilities who reside within the district. Approximately 11% of the students in the district are receiving assistance from a wide variety of Special Education programs and services which are uniquely designed to meet the individual needs of each student.

Meet and Greet to Introduce Sequoia's LEAP Teacher

Please join us on March 9, 2020, for a "Meet and Greet" to introduce Sequoia's new LEAP Specialized Program teacher, Mrs. Jennifer Joutras.

Invited participants are parents of students who are matriculating to Sequoia Middle School in the 2020-2021 school year, parents of current students who are in the LEAP Specialized Program at Colina Middle School and live in the Sequoia Middle School boundaries, and parents of students in CVUSD's Autism Programs.

The Meet and Greet event takes place on Monday, March 9, 2020, from 5:15 PM to 6:00 PM in the Sequoia Middle School Library located at 2855 Borchard Road, Newbury Park, 91320.
