Westlake High School has been named a National Blue Ribbon School for 2016--one of only four California high schools honored this year. Since 1982 The National Blue Ribbon Schools Program has recognized great American schools for their overall academic excellence and ability to demonstrate that all students can achieve to high levels.

WORK PERMIT INFORMATION DURING SUMMER
Below is the summer schedule for work permits.
NPHS Summer School office: Drop off & pick up 9am – 12 noon on Tuesdays & Thursdays, June 20th – July 27th.
· District Office Secondary Education: Drop off Monday – Wednesday, July 31st – August 2nd. Pick up Tuesday or Thursday only
Please bring in the following items to obtain a work permit:
1. Statement of Intent to Employ a Minor Form CDE B1-1
2. A valid photo I.D.
Work Permits are issued per the schedule/location listed above during the summer. All school sites will resume issuing work permits on Monday August 7th.
